Since 1937, PASTORE-NICOLET SA has been offering you original, guaranteed products and comprehensive, top-quality after-sales service.
All our watches are original and authentic, supplied with original references, a factory case, an original international warranty of 2 to 5 years depending on the manufacturer, a list of worldwide retailers and instructions for using your watch.
We remind you that the international warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not damage resulting from an accident, incident or misuse of the product.

We guarantee to be the official representative of the brands we offer for sale. You can check this information at any time on the manufacturer’s website.

The images on our website are not contractual. It is possible that the product may change slightly over the course of production, and this is the responsibility of the factory itself and the authorized dealer.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER-SALES
With Pastore-Nicolet World Wide Services (see section), we are your privileged contact for any request relating to your watch, such as the purchase of a watch, a change of bracelet or battery, and the general overhaul necessary for its correct operation.
All watch overhauls entrusted to us are systematically carried out by the manufacturer of the product itself, and therefore carry a minimum 1-2 year warranty on the work carried out by the factory. What’s more, we’ll take care of servicing any watch made in Switzerland, even if we’re not the brand’s official agent. When you collect your watch, you will receive an international factory warranty valid for one to two years (depending on the brand), and we will provide you with the original factory invoice detailing the work carried out.
We offer you a free watch strap sizing service for all watches purchased from us. All you have to do is tell us the size of the bracelet and we’ll shorten it accordingly; the parts removed will be returned to you with the watch.

However, any shortened watch will not be returned or exchanged.
In addition, each time we change the battery in your watch (carried out by our qualified watchmaker), we carry out a water-resistance check and inform you of its condition. If your watch is no longer water-resistant, we can take care of the necessary repairs.
RIGHT OF RETURN – EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days (date of receipt as proof and after contacting us).
WARNING: any watch that has been shortened, worn, scratched or altered will not be returned or exchanged.
Before any return, we must be informed in advance and we will provide you with a return number.
We will exchange it free of charge for another part of your choice and
we will refund or invoice you for the difference. You can also put your purchase on credit, free of charge.
If you wish a full refund of your purchase, 20% of the value of your purchase will be automatically deducted (with a minimum charge of CHF 50,–) to cover handling and restocking costs.
The returned item must be in its original box and with all the factory documents that we provided at the time of purchase. The watch must not be shortened, worn, marked, scratched or any other action that may have altered the original product.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we are responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

Payment of your order on the site can be made by VISA, Mastercard, bank transfer, postal account transfer, or PayPal. For this last payment method, the order will only be sent to the address mentioned on the Paypal credit notification and only to this address, no other address will be accepted.
We do not accept cheques. Please find below all the information you need for your transfers.

Our traditional Swiss know-how has made our reputation, so that we can provide you with all the information you need to help you with your purchase and be at your service throughout the life of your watch: traditional after-sales service.
Staff trained to answer your specific questions and requests, whether in our store or via the Internet, in several languages (French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai).
A qualified watchmaker always on hand in store.
After-sales service for all existing Swiss brands:
- Battery change for all Swiss brand watches carried out by a qualified watchmaker.
- For all watches purchased from PASTORE-NICOLET SA, the first battery is replaced free of charge, upon presentation of the factory warranty supplied with your purchase.
- Every time you change the battery, check the water-resistance of your watch.
- Watch overhauls: sent to factory, international warranty and original factory invoice with details of work carried out.
- We supply additional links for your watch bracelet (maximum 2, excluding precious metals). If more than 2 links are required, you will be invoiced for the next ones at cost price.
- Your watchband is cut to length free of charge, and any parts removed will be returned to you with the watch.
A stock of over 800 watch straps in various materials (leather, ostrich, crocodile, alligator, shagreen, etc.) from brands for which we are official agents. If required, we can supply watchbands from Swiss brands we don’t represent.
Bracelets can be ordered in steel, steel and plated, plated, steel and gold or gold, from brands for which we are an official agent.
Shipment of your order worldwide: transport insurance to cover theft and loss during shipment.
